Wohlfahrt Haus & COVID-19

Updated September 9th, 2021

As of May 28th, 2021, Governor Northam has lifted all COVID restrictions and we are able to operate at full capacity.

However, with the recent rise in COVID cases locally and in nearby states and the prevalence of the Delta variant, we have decided to reinstate some previously required restrictions for the health and safety of our patrons and employees. The following measures go into affect Friday, September 10th, 2021.

Below you will find full details of our currently COVID policies.

We have shortened the length of dinner from 2 hours to an hour and a half by moving up the performance time by a half hour. When making your travel plans, please plan to arrive within the first 45 minutes of dinner service. This will ensure that your server (who may also be performing for you) can give you safe and proper service before the show. The new time schedule is as follows:

Tuesday - Saturday Matinees: 12pm Dinner, 1:30pm Show
Sunday Matinees: 1pm Dinner, 2:30pm Show
Friday and Saturday Evenings: 6pm Dinner, 7:30pm Show

All patrons must wear a mask when they are not eating. This means that all patrons must wear a mask in the lobby, bathrooms, and at their table during the performance. This is required for all patrons regardless of vaccination status. By wearing your mask, you are protecting our performers so that we can continue to provide live entertainment.

All tables in the theatre are socially distanced. While we are not required to stay under a certain capacity amount, we will be spacing out tables for safe dining for all patrons. This may mean that our capacity may lower for the time being.

We would like to thank every single patron who came to see shows over the past year while we operated under restrictions. Because of your thoughtfulness, we were able to keep everyone safe and COVID free. As we continue to navigate the ever changing COVID landscape, we thank you in advance for your continued cooperation and support!
