Plan Your Visit — Quick Tips

  • Smooth check‑in: Doors open right at the posted time (for example, 6 pm for dinner). Arrive 5–10 minutes early to pick up tickets and settle in without a rush.
  • Dress for comfort: There’s no strict dress code, but the theatre is kept cool for our performers. A light sweater or jacket will keep you cozy through curtain call.
  • Relax before the show: Arriving extra early? Grab a seat in our lobby or pop into the Red Stag for an appetizer or cocktail while you wait for the house to open.
  • Dinner timing: Please be seated within the first 45 minutes of service so every course can be served at an enjoyable pace.
  • Tipping etiquette: Gratuity isn’t included in your ticket price. Plan to tip your server—an ATM is available in the lobby if needed.
  • Accessible seating & special requests: We offer accessible seating and are happy to accommodate mobility, hearing, or vision needs. Just let the box office know when you book.
