The Red Stag is the kind of place you come when you’re hungry and don’t want to overthink it. Whether it’s brunch, dinner, or grabbing something after a show, the menu leans into comfort food done right—burgers, steaks, schnitzel, mac and cheese, wraps, shareable appetizers, and house-made desserts. You can keep it simple with a Matterhorn burger or chicken tenders, go a little heartier with a ribeye, tenderloin, or schnitzel, or split pretzel bites, wings, or meatballs at the table.

Behind the bar, the Matterhorn Lounge keeps things easygoing with familiar drafts, rotating beers, approachable wines, and cocktails that don’t try too hard—Old Fashioneds, martinis, margaritas, and a few house favorites. Finish things off with apple strudel, Black Forest cake, cheesecake of the day, or something chocolatey, all made in-house.
